We  have been receiving numerous complaints from people who paid for and attended the Christmas Brilliance Garden of Lights event in Stellenbosch over the weekend. 

Listeners have been complaining that the event was oversold and that the queue to enter was extremely long, and there was a lack of toilet amenities.
