A Cape DJ Luwayne Bouwers has put out an urgent appeal for assistance in bringing his wife Crystal home from Dubai after she suffered brain damage from a hemorrhage. 
The Bouwers have been living in Dubai since December 2015 & have two daughters aged 7 & 3.
They need to raise R500,000 to covers Crystal's transport costs, she requires nine plane seats to accommodate her stretcher, specialized equipment and the rental of a medical waiting area at Dubai International Airport.
