Doug started with thoughts on Urban Meyer signing Tim Tebow to play TE for the Jaguars, if the Browns have to win 11 games for the season to be successful, what Baker Mayfield needs to do to be even better this year and who needs to step up to make the roster one of the top in the NFL.
