Entrepreneurs love hats. We love wearing as many as possible. We love having a hand on every aspect of our business. Wearing multiple hats is what we do to grow a business out of an idea. 

But here’s the thing, this isn’t sustainable. As a business owner you have to know when to let go and trust your team. This will free you up to focus on the broad strategies needed to drive your business forward. At the end of the day, you are the one with the best vision of your company.
