Previously, we unpacked the subtle forms of toxicity that quietly shape our relationships, the behaviours we normalize, tolerate, and often leave unchallenged. That conversation naturally led us to a bigger question: Who are we centering in our lives, and at what cost?

Is it about rejecting men and relationships, or is it about stepping away from toxic expectations that have long shaped how many women define their worth, purpose, and happiness?
