Who is Professor Ben Farr-Wharton PhD?
Professor Ben Farr-Wharton (also known as Benjamin Stuart Rodney Farr-Wharton) is an Australian academic specializing in workforce strategy, employee wellbeing, public sector management, and organizational behaviour.
He serves as Professor of Workforce Strategy and Associate Dean of Management in the School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University (ECU) in Western Australia. He is also the Deputy-Director of ECU’s Mental Awareness, Respect and Safety (MARS) Centre.
