They are in the process of remodeling city buildings to remove the urinals from men's restrooms for what they are calling 'flexibility' in the future for any changes in signage. Basically meaning they are preparing for transgender bathrooms. Next, John talks about a teacher in Virginia who was fired for exercising his free speech by referring to the child in question by using their proper pronoun, not their transgender one. And John takes listener calls and finishes up the show by talking about the recently passed law in California, allowing college athletes to make money from their image and likeness, regardless of what the NCAA says.
