Africa Melane speaks to Prof Loren Landau, Research Professor at the University of the Witwatersrand's African Centre for Migration & Society and Professor of Migration and Development at the University of Oxford, about whether government's latest strategy is likely to achieve its objectives and what a sustainable migration policy should look like.
