Martha Bradley is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Johannesburg, and she joins Africa to analyse the international law related to South Africa's request to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for provisional measures to compel Israel to cease or scale down its military operations in Gaza under the Genocide Convention.
