John Maytham is joined by Marie Louise Strom, a US-based democracy and civic education specialist who previously worked with Idasa and now consults with the Institute for Public Life and Work. She is based in Minneapolis and brings both lived experience and a deep understanding of democratic accountability, civil rights and state power during times of crisis.
