Lawson Naidoo is The Executive Director of the Council for the Advancement
of the South African Constitution (CASAC) and he joins John to consider the
Constitutional Court judgment delivered today to the case brought by the
Independent Candidates Association (ICA) to challenge the restrictions placed
on independent candidates contesting National Assembly seats.
