The Gauteng Division of the High Court in Pretoria handed  down a judgment  that declared certain provisions in the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Act to be unconstitutional and invalid.

He organized and developed the campaign in the Netherlands to support Radio Freedom.

Radio Freedom was broadcasting daily in all major languages and broadcasts consist of news bulletins, commentaries, interviews, speeches and of course music The recordings represent a fair cross section of RF typical daily broadcasts
