Supporters of a ballot measure changing Colorado from a flat tax state to a graduated tax have turned in their petition signatures.  Kristi Burton Brown from Advance Colorado joins Jeff and Bill to outline what the measure will do and its economic impact.  Most voters do not know the measure also raises taxes on businesses with incomes over $500K.
