Kathleen Chandler, member of the RTD Board spends the hour with Jeff and Bill.  She outlines the challenges balancing service with revenue.  Kathleen says RTD is running too many lines with low ridership and has a strange fascination with trains that does not make sense.  She says RTD would function better if it was focused on those dependent on public transportation instead of trying to be all things to all residents.
