Everett Martinez was the Executive Vice President and General Legal Counsel for Denver International Airport until he allegedly didn't want to do illegal things suggested by political appointees of the Johnston administration.   He claims he was fired over his refusal to "play ball" as retribution.  Steven Murray, Everett's attorney and joins Jeff and Bill to outline the allegations and fallout.

Neighbors of Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs have been complaining about the noise levels.  Here comes the Colorado Legislature to save the Day, or are they?  Jeff and Bill welcome Colorado State Senator Larry Liston one of the sponsors of SB26-098 that would allow local city councils to make the sound abatement rules.  The plaintiff's attorney, Julian Ellis is also on the show to outline what the residents are dealing with.
