Erin Lee, Protect Kids Colorado joins Jeff and Bill to discuss the ballot initiative this fall keeping men out of women's sports.  Jeff and Bill ask after the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on the same subject is the initiative still needed?  Erin says yes because the ruling just said states can make a law, it was not the implementation of a national law.

In a 180-degree flip from yesterday, Victor Marx is now leading Barb Kirkmeyer by about 2K votes.  Jeff and Bill outline it may be days before we know the official results as counties wait for mail in ballots and cure rejected ones. Of course, the "stolen election" people chime in too about the switch in the vote count.
