After Rep. Scott Bottoms said Victor Marx, one of his opponents in the Primary for Governor, is corrupt.  Marx challenged Bottoms to a debate on the Jeff and Bill show.  Yesterday, Bottoms accepted the challenge or did he.  Bottoms says he will debate Marx at an already schedule forum involving other candidates.  Is that the challenge Marx issued??
