Colorado Democrats want to create a second path to freedom for prisoners.  George Brauchler, District Attorney for JD 23 joins Jeff and Bill to talk about the hidden dangers in the proposed legislation.  This will only impact habitual offenders with more than a 40-year sentence.   D.A. Brauchler also addresses the tragic story of an 11-year-old boy who allegedly killed his 5-year-old brother.
