Polis is calling a special session.  Why is he afraid of the voters?  Kristi outlines how the ballot initiatives on property tax and more have got the Dems scared.  So scared they are ready to deal.  Here is the BIG question: If you can get 2/3 of what you want, do you take the deal or roll the dice in the fall election on the chance of getting everything?  What would you choose?
