Criminals are Walking Free in Colorado Because of a HUGE Backlog Testing Rape Kits.  

Mitch Morrissey, Owens-Early Criminal Justice Fellow, Common Sense Institute and former Denver D.A., is in studio to outline the impact of the backlog. Over 1,300 rape test kits still need to be processed.  That is a workload of about 18 months!  In that time potential rapists are allowed to continue their crime spree.  How do we change this?
