Lindsay Datko, Jeffco Kids First joins Jeff and Bill to outline how the Department of Education has launched an investigation into the Jefferson County School District.  Why?  District policy about notification of parents for school overnight trips.  Jeff Co has been notifying and accommodating transgender kids but not talking to the families of the other kids in the room.  So you might not know your child has been assigned to a "sleep over" with a transgender student.
