Is it okay for a church to use a city's outdoor Ampitheater for summer services?  Is this free and fair access or a bias of the government towards one religion?  

Jeff and Bill welcome Lea Patterson, Senior Counsel with First Liberty Institute to outline the complaint by the Freedom From Religion Foundation against the city oof Dillion about a church service that has been going on for over 4 decades.  Now they are mad???
