Brandi Bradley joins Jeff and Bill to explain why for the third year in a row, her bi-partisan measure to ensure child rapists DO NOT get Probation fails in committee.  When you hear the reasons given by some Democrats you will question their sanity.  We also celebrate Brandi's recent legislative win on motorcycle permits.
