What Percentage of the Colorado State Budget Comes from Taxes vs Fees?  If this was the final question on a million-dollar game show, how would you do?

Jeff and Bill discuss how Colorado lawmakers have used fess to raise money instead of taxes.  How much?!?!?  in 2023 over 70% of the state budget comes from fees NOT taxes.  Why?  We don't get to vote on fees, so it's easy money for lawmakers.  Keep this in mind when you hear Democrats complain about how TABOR needs to be changed so they keep more of our money.
