Who Should Decide What Books Are in a School Library?

The ACLU says they get to choose for the Elizabeth School District.  Dan Snowberger, Superintendent, Elizabeth School District and Jeff Maher, Public Information Officer, Elizabeth School District join Jeff and Bill to outline how the district made the decision to pull some pornographic books from school libraries.  The ACLU files suit and a judge has ordered the books placed back on the shelves for now.
