The Colorado legislature will debate restrictions on sports gambling after the measure passed out of committee.  Jeff and Bill welcome Rob Minnick from ODATT Gambling Awareness.  Rob is a recovering gambling addict, and he walks you through the cycle of addiction and how the sports betting companies are using classic addiction-reward behavior to create a new generation of dependency.
