Mountain Lion Hunting - Good Idea or Bad Idea?

Jeff and Bill welcome Col. Tom Pool who is in favor of Proposition 127.  Why does he feel we need to ban mountain lion hunting. He makes an interesting argument about controlling a disease running through the elk and deer population.  Col. Pool says the mountain lions are the best control we have on the disease, so banning them is the best case.
