Republican gubernatorial hopeful, Joe Oltman drops out of the race to run for Colorado Party Chair.  The Colorado GOP is underfunded and plagued by infighting.  Jeff, Bill, and texts debate if Oltman has a chance.  For those that do not remember, Oltman rose to prominence over election fraud claims.  Does this help or hurt his chances to win?

Facing a "No Confidence" vote from the Colorado Senate, Kim Bimestefer steps down.  She was one of the longest serving cabinet members in the Polis administration.  Colorado Senator Lisa Frizell joins Jeff and Bill to outline the millions of misspent tax dollars and how it took years at times to correct the issues.  Then George Brauchler, District Attorney for District 23 joins the show to discuss a 14-year sentence for a teacher who pursued a romantic relationship with a student.
