Why Do Colorado Roads Suck???  Is it on purpose?

Mark Hillman, Former Majority Leader of the Colorado Senate, joins Jeff and Bill to outline what he discovered about CDOT not maintaining our roads.  Hillman cites a CDOT study that ranked the conditions of our roads.  The largest classification was 800 miles of roads that are unusable.  The largest segment is unusable roads!?!?!  That explains a lot.  Then a former CDOT Supervisor joins Jeff and Bill to give you deeper insight into the problems.
