How Much Free Speech Does a High School Student Have?

A student at Rampart High School is being prevented from decorating her parking space at school with a Christian message.  Annually the school district allows student to pay for the ability to display a creative message on their parking space.  Sr. Council with First Liberty Institute, Keisha Russel joins Jeff and Bill to outline how this is a violation of the student's free speech.
