California has a rule giving preferential treatment to gay owned businesses when applying for government contracts.  How do they determine if it is a gay owned business?  Jeff and Bill walk you through the list that is pretty ridiculous.  Then callers chime in asking how we know when the discrimination is over.  Will America ever be a nation that judges people based on the content of their character?
