Ford is cancelling its EV F-150.  Is this the end of EVs?

Kristi Burton Brown, of Advance Colorado joins Jeff and Bill to outline the petition campaign and measure that will be on the next Colorado ballot.  Brown says it was the easiest signature gathering they have ever done.  What does that tell you??  What does the measure do?  It changes the punishment for both drug dealers and users.  One part will incentivize the users to get clean.  Listen to find out more.

Changes in Punishment for Fentanyl on the Ballot in Colorado 

Xcel says they will need to cut power to some service areas because of high winds.  But it's also due to choices they made and a multimillion-dollar payout to those impacted by the Marshall Fire.  Is this an indictment of Green Energy? Jeff and Bill wonder why Xcel and the state made the choice to not burry power lines, then turn off your power based on the danger of not burying those same power lines.
