Should Pinnacol go Private?  You will get to vote on it.  Jeff and Bill outline the case for and against divesting the state from the "insurance of last resort" for workman's comp.  Colorado will get a one-time payment of about $150M and yearly payments of about $10M.  Pinnacol will become private and be able to sell insurance in other states.  But will the rates remain affordable?
