About 800 million illegal cattle enter the US every year through the southern border.  And not they are bringing the New World Screwworm.  It's a parasitic fly, not a worm but there have been more than 2,000 human infections in Mexico.  Now it is in Texas.  Cattle inventories are at a 75-year low.  Are you going to have to pay more for beef at the store?
