Colorado has the brilliant idea to spends between $7B to $14B on a train to connect Denver and Colorado Springs to the south part of the state.  Now they want you to help them name the train.  Jeff, Bill, and texts have the own name suggestions and outline why even before it takes its maiden voyage the train is already outdated.
