Democrat lawmakers have proposed a bill that would protect those providing gender affirming care from any legal action forever.  Erin Lee, Protect Kids Colorado joins Jeff and Bill to explain the law and how several organizations have warned the lawmakers this is unconstitutional, just like the last law.  Then Representative Dusty Johnson joins the guys to explain a new law that would require the Governor's office to follow lobbying rules.

A House Judiciary Committee is asking a Colorado bank for documents related an investigation into Representative Lauren Boebert's personal finances.  Jack Smith sought the financial records in connection to his probe to overturn the 2020 election.  Then Jeff, Bill, and callers examine a new report saying Left Wing violence is outpacing Right Wing violence for the first time in decades.
