The city says they'll erect a barrier cutting off all traffic to Bow Mar is they really want a gate.  Who is right?  Jeff and Bill debate the idea of erecting a gate on a public road, then they are joined by Rob, a Bow Mar resident who has had 14 cars end up in the ditch in front of his house over the last decade.  After listening to Rob, do you agree with the gate idea?
