A new Democrat legislative proposal would allow homeowners to sub-divide their property and sell it for development.  Colorado Representative Chris Richardson joins Jeff and Bill to outline the unintended consequences if this becomes law.  Why does this bypass local zoning rules?  Who pays to add electricity and sewer to the development?  What about the HOA's?

The Colorado Rockies have announced a 9-9-9 challenge.  Nine beers, nine hot dogs, in nine innings. They are mini dogs and flight beers, not full size.  Jeff, Bill, and texters talk about IF they would/could do it.  Plus, would you be able to get 9 beers in 9 innings local bar?  Is this an admission by the Rockies the on-field product isn't great to watch, and a lot of alcohol will make it better?
