The Dean family was celebrating their twin daughter's 2nd birthday in their backyard when a Jefferson County K9 climbed the fence and mauled one of the girls.  Father Nick Dean joins Jeff and Bill to share what happened during the attack and how he tried to stop it while hearing his daughter's bone break in the dog's jaws.   Now the Dean family faces $300K in medical bills without help from Jefferson County.  As Nick says, "Jefferson County did not control the attack but they have 100% control over their response."
