The Rams rebounded from an ugly performance in Australia to boatrace the Giants on Monday Night Football. NFL insider Jason La Canfora talked to the guys about the rash of QB injuries around the league. Jaxson Dart couldn’t survive the first quarter with a sprained MCL that could keep him out several games. But at least the injury wasn’t “LIFE THREATENING” like coach John Harbaugh said in his postgame presser.

Aaron Donald returned, Davante Adams dominated, Matthew Stafford looked like an MVP and Sean McVay apologized for being a “dumbass coach” who scheduled that Australia trip all wrong. We have three starting QBs who hurt themselves in different ways this week, but three QBs are returning as well. Michael Penix Jr. will be back for the Falcons, who’ll be their third QB in three games. Kyler Murray will start again for the Vikings after missing a game with a concussion. And the Seahawks are sitting at 2-0 and will now get Super Bowl champ Sam Darnold back under center, making the best team in the NFC even better than they already are.

New York’s QB1 will be out for several weeks, but like coach John Harbaugh said, at least the injury wasn’t “LIFE THREATENING!!” It was certainly a lot different than the injury suffered by Jayden Daniels, which may keep him out longer than either Dart or Caleb Williams. Jason and Mike question whether Daniels is fit enough to sustain a long career in the NFL. As Mike says, Jayden’s arm is just like “Crack, Snapple and Pop.”
