Radical Truth And Radical Transparency

View descriptionShare

There is true power in transparency. After being inspired by others recently, Colin talks this week about how openness, honesty and transparency can empower our organisations.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • There is real power in creating not just truthfulness, but openness. Having a transparent approach will show this to the world.
  • Negativity deserves to be transparent. We can’t hope to grow and move on from the things we do badly, unless we’re honest about them.

BEST MOMENTS

‘You’ve got to be prepared to be able to see and listen to the bad news’

‘Having transparency will allow you to problem solve a lot easier'
