Does diplomacy stand a chance to end the conflict in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo? Direct talks between the Congolese and Rwandan leaders in Doha - called for a ceasefire. But it's not clear how it will be implemented or monitored. So, what will it take to stop the fighting?
