Although you might not have heard of him, he is one of the world's most popular internet personalities. The 26-year old has built a global YouTube empire around; bingeable eye-catching videos, eye watering production budgets and impressive brand deals. So why are the cracks beginning to show?

First dreamed up decades ago, the National Children’s Hospital has become an ongoing crisis passed from one health minister to another, all at the expense of the Irish taxpayer. Now, a snag list has emerged, detailing a litany of problems with rooms that were supposed to be finished. Meanwhile, the cost of the hospital has spiralled out of control and the latest deadline for completion has been missed. The builders will probably be finished next May, but the fit-out will take another six months on top of that.

National Children’s Hospital: €2.24bn and years late, who is to blame for scandal? 

It was the bloodiest day in Lebanon since the end of a brutal 15-year civil war. Israel intensified its air campaign, launching deadly air strikes throughout Monday and into Tuesday morning, targeting the Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah. Up to 500 were killed, with thousands more wounded. Women, children and medics were among the casualties. 
Concerns have been voiced about the prospect of a wider Middle East conflict breaking out. However, with Palestine and Lebanon under bombardment, the question must be asked: has it already begun?
