Des Vere Hunt, of Fethard, Co Tipperary, died in September 2021, leaving behind an estate worth over €3m. He also left four different wills, made in years leading up to his death. Now, a three-way High Court battle between a friend, his stepdaughter and his niece looms to determine which of the multiple wills is valid.
