We kicked off the show talking about the Grand Rapids Griffins as their Equipment Manager Dog Thompson joined us. He and Huge talked about the Griffins in the hunt for the Calder Cup. Dog and Huge discussed the main factors that have made this team successful this season, such as their amazing goal-tending. They looked ahead to who the Griffins may play next, gave their thoughts on what needs to happen to advance further, and much more. We wrapped up the hour with Jeremy Reisman from Pride of Detroit. He and Huge gave their thoughts on when the NFL schedule will be released, talked about who they'd like to see the Lions take on in their first regular season game, and more. Throughout our second hour we were joined in studio by David Gregory who is a Lawyer and Certified PA for Bull Rush Sports. They talked all about the changes to the College sports landscape as NIL is becoming more and more prevalent in College athletics. They talked about some changes to NIL that will give players the opportunity to do more with NIL, gave their thoughts on the impact this could have on sports, and so much more. In our final hour, we were joined by Josh Garvey from Doeren Mayhew alongside former Michigan basketball Head Coach John Beilein to talk some hoops. John, Josh, and Huge talked about the NBA Playoffs, gave their thoughts on who the best teams are, talked about some of the match-ups, John talked about some of his former players that are in the Playoffs, and wrapped up the conversation talking about the passing of Darius Morris. We were then joined by Scoop Jackson from ESPN Chicago to talk more about the NBA Playoffs. We got Scoops thoughts on who the top teams are, he and Huge gave their thoughts on which teams go all the way, and more.
