Indeed, as the way in which we work continues to evolve in this brave new world, it’s worth taking time to reflect upon ways in which employment law will affect our working environments. Indeed, we have been moving away from manual appraisals, and more towards performance conversations. This is a practice that is due to crystallise as hybrid working becomes more normal.
