However the biggest came when a medical emergency sent Mark’s life into a tailspin, and it eventually resulted in a heart transplant. As well as being a presenter at City Park Radio (most famously with our Sports broadcasts), Dave Mohr recently returned from an epic adventure walking the South West Coast Path in England.

You'll hear what motivated Dave to do this challenge in the first place, and the many experiences he had along the way. The months of training and many weeks of walking the path gave Dave some lifelong memories, and he shares them in this interview with Chris Sayer.
