From working on irrigation schemes in Saudi Arabia to learning viticulture in the early days of the Tasmanian wine industry, Mark's career has many twists and turns. However the biggest came when a medical emergency sent Mark’s life into a tailspin, and it eventually resulted in a heart transplant. However that didn’t stop him from making valuable contributions to the wine industry.

You'll hear what motivated Dave to do this challenge in the first place, and the many experiences he had along the way. The months of training and many weeks of walking the path gave Dave some lifelong memories, and he shares them in this interview with Chris Sayer.
