I was lucky enough to catch up with comedian John Bishop, who’s performing at Claudelands in Hamilton this Thursday. John’s been in the comedy game for 25 years, and he’s genuinely one of my favourites.
What makes him even cooler? He’s a fellow motorbike rider. While touring New Zealand, he’s been jumping on the bike between gigs and exploring the country one ride at a time.
We had a great chat about his life in comedy, what he thinks of New Zealand, the places he’s ridden, and what 25 years on the road has taught him.
Such a good guy - and a brilliant storyteller.
