Today I welcomed my beautiful friend, Alana to the microphones. Alana and her partner Angus are the co-founders and creative brains behind Grounded Minds, an affirmation card business which they launched last year during COVID.

They're honestly a powerhouse, I have been so blown away by their professionalism, drive and creative energy and I’m so excited to share Alana’s tips with you today on how she uses her intuition to guide her decision making.

Our new guidance cards have been designed for mums, each one is beautifully hand illustrated by Alana and the words have been written by me.
